Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a junior associate with 1-4 years of employment practice experience for their Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment law, including restrictive covenant law, and experience in handling and managing employment litigation matters and providing employment advice and counsel. Responsibilities will include day-to-day employment and human resources counseling, drafting employment agreements and other documents, managing employment-litigation matters, taking and defending depositions, and supporting employment aspects of due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
