Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their employment and labor practice group in either Reston, Virginia, or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a desire to support a fast-paced advice and counsel practice. Candidates should have three to five years of broad experience in employment counseling, particularly in statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment aspects of M&A transactions. Some litigation experience is advantageous. Strong academic credentials and communication skills are essential.
