Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their dynamic employment and labor practice group in either Reston, Virginia or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will possess one to two years of experience in employment counseling, with a focus on statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and the employment aspects of M&A transactions. Additional experience in litigation or affirmative action plans is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. This opportunity is particularly suited for those coming off a clerkship or with less than one year of experience.
