The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, with skills in case development, legal research and writing, discovery processes, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing. Applicants should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication and legal writing skills, high motivation, initiative, and a robust work ethic.
