Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Managing or Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their dynamic Employment Group in California, with a preference for San Francisco. The role involves working on high-profile, complex class and collective employment cases, including systemic discrimination and pay equity class actions, systemic government investigations and audits, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and pre-litigation matters. The position also entails handling complex single plaintiff employment cases and counseling clients on a variety of employment legal issues. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional legal writer, effective oral advocate, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and on a team is essential, and trial experience is preferred. The role offers significant responsibility, direct work with corporate clients, management of complex cases, court appearances at important hearings, motion arguments, mediations, and participation in high-level litigation strategy decisions.
