Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Law attorney with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to join their Washington, DC office, either in an Of Counsel or Member (Partner) capacity. Remote candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have general employment law experience, with special consideration for those experienced in working with nonprofit or political/advocacy organizations or with expertise in collective bargaining agreements. A portable book of business is advantageous but not required. The role involves working with Exempt Organizations and Political Law practice groups, advising clients on employment-related matters, interpreting laws and regulations, assessing risks, and advising on best practices. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, legal documents, and providing compliance training.
