Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in San Diego, is seeking an employment litigation associate with over 3 years of experience to join their Employment Litigation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys with employment and general litigation experience who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners. The ideal candidate should be adept at drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. While significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, the firm is also open to candidates with strong litigation skills in other areas. Applicants must have outstanding academic credentials, robust writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively. Admission to the California bar is required.
