Description
Our client, a prominent law firm based in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced litigation associate specializing in employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets law. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, including proficiency in drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, motion arguments, and managing depositions. Experience with ESI discovery is also desirable. Applicants must demonstrate strong litigation skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment. The role requires a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively. Admission to the Arizona Bar is mandatory.
