Description
Our client seeks an associate with 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience to join their Dallas office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney to grow their practice under the mentorship of experienced partners. The ideal candidate will have substantial Texas State Court and federal court experience, including first or second chair jury trials, appellate court experience, administrative agency proceedings, and handling non-compete and discrimination cases under federal and Texas laws. Candidates should be adept at managing litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
