Description
Our client is seeking an experienced employment litigation associate with over 4 years of experience for their Phoenix office. The successful candidate will be adept at handling discovery processes, drafting and arguing motions, and managing depositions, with a preference for those experienced in employment law, restrictive covenants, or trade secrets. Strong litigation skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates must be self-starters capable of working independently and collaboratively, and must be admitted to the Arizona Bar.
