Our client is seeking a senior litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team in Denver. This role is ideal for attorneys with over 5 years of experience in employment litigation who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners. The position involves managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations, as well as advising clients on employment law challenges and policy development. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a proven track record in employment law and litigation. The ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment, a commitment to excellence, and admission to the Colorado Bar are essential.
