Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team in Denver. This role is ideal for attorneys with over three years of employment litigation experience who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners. The position involves managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations, as well as advising clients on employment law challenges and policy development. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, familiarity with employment laws, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
