Description
Our client is seeking an employment litigation associate for their Tampa office to support their core labor and employment practice. This role is ideal for attorneys with 1-4 years of experience who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced mentors. The position involves handling litigation matters from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations. Additionally, the role includes advising clients on employment law challenges, drafting handbooks, and conducting training. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
