Our client is seeking an employment litigation associate with a California law license to join their Employment Litigation team in Nashville. This role is ideal for attorneys with 2-6 years of experience who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners licensed in both Tennessee and California. The position involves managing litigation matters from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations, with a focus on California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, writing and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service.
