Our client is seeking a 3rd to 5th-year Associate with an M&A background to join its Energy Advisory group in either New York or Washington, D.C. The role involves advising on high-profile and complex renewable energy project financing transactions globally. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of M&A experience, preferably in the renewables/electric power sector, and possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Experience in a deadline-driven environment and strong academic credentials are required.
