Our client is seeking a 3rd to 5th year Associate with a background in Project Finance to join their Energy Advisory group in either New York or Washington, D.C. The role involves advising on high-profile renewable energy project financing transactions globally, working with a diverse range of clients including project sponsors, developers, private equity funds, tax equity investors, financial institutions, and more. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in project finance transactions, particularly in renewable power and energy transition, and be capable of drafting primary deal documents. Strong academic credentials and admission to practice in NY or Washington, D.C. are required.
