Description
Our client, a prominent international law firm with a global presence, is seeking finance-focused attorneys for their New York office. The ideal candidates will have experience in U.S. project financing, particularly in energy and infrastructure projects, including Holdco and construction to back-leverage financing. Additional experience with financing structures involving tax equity and tax credits, especially on the tax equity/investor side, is advantageous. Applicants should have a strong background in negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience are required, with a preference for candidates from the class years of 2018-2021.
