Description
Our client is seeking an Energy Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join their Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will be independent, a self-starter, and possess strong writing and interpersonal skills. Essential qualifications include experience with FERC practice, knowledge of oil/natural gas pipeline regulation, and familiarity with regulated energy markets, including ISO/RTO market stakeholder proceedings. The role involves advising clients on energy and capacity market participation issues and power supply arrangements. Candidates must be admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
