This role is ideal for a junior or mid-level associate with 1-5 years of experience, admitted in good standing in California. The successful candidate will engage in regulatory, transactional, and project development matters, primarily within the renewable energy sector. Experience in regulatory matters before agencies such as the California Public Utilities Commission or the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, due diligence for complex transactions, and power and energy purchase agreements is highly desirable.
