Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Energy Attorney with a minimum of seven years of experience to join their Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience with FERC practice, including litigation and settlement, and have a strong understanding of regulated energy markets, particularly ISO/RTO market stakeholder proceedings. A background in advising clients on energy or capacity market participation issues and power supply arrangements is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Additionally, the role requires taking on significant project management responsibilities and engaging comfortably with clients. Admission to the District of Columbia Bar is required.
