Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join their Utility & Energy practice group in Harrisburg. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing public utilities and energy companies in regulatory and related proceedings, with a strong preference for those experienced with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission or other state utility commissions. Essential skills include strong writing and administrative hearing capabilities. Candidates must be licensed in good standing in Pennsylvania and reside in Central PA, with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Harrisburg. This hybrid role requires three days in the office.
