Description
Our client’s market-leading Energy & Climate Solutions (ECS) Practice group is seeking a renewable energy project finance counsel or senior associate with 6-8 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm, focusing on project finance, structured asset-based finance, and non-recourse lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience representing sponsors, borrowers, lenders, or investors in the renewable energy industry, with a preference for expertise in tax equity in solar, wind, and energy storage project assets. Experience in adjacent project or structured financing areas such as asset-based debt or securitizations, back-leverage, or other credit facilities is also valuable. The ECS Practice group is dedicated to clean energy and climate-friendly projects, representing disruptors and innovators in technologies ranging from solar and wind to nuclear, hydrogen, and carbon capture. The team operates from offices in Boston, DC, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
