Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their expanding Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group. The role will focus on energy regulatory and renewable energy work. The ideal candidate will have experience with state regulatory proceedings, including rulemakings, traditional and non-traditional rate cases, energy policy, and retail electric and gas supplier compliance. Knowledge of community solar programs, electric vehicle charging station deployment, or retail energy supply contracts is advantageous. This position is based in Chicago. Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to collegiality and teamwork, possess excellent research and writing skills, strong academic achievement, and a dedication to client service.
