Our client seeks an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group, focusing on energy regulatory and renewable energy work. Ideal candidates will have experience with state regulatory proceedings, including rate cases, investigations, rulemakings, and retail energy approvals and compliance. Familiarity with solar incentive programs, power purchase agreements, community solar contracting, and retail energy supply contracts is advantageous. This position is based in Chicago. Applicants should demonstrate collegiality, teamwork, excellent research and writing skills, strong academic achievement, and a commitment to client service.
