Description
Our client is seeking a Managing Associate to join their Energy & Infrastructure Finance group in Houston, TX. The role involves advising oil and gas clients across all stages of the energy industry, including exploration, development, production, and distribution. The successful candidate will represent industry participants in various debt financing transactions, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, project financings, and joint ventures, while also resolving related disputes. Responsibilities include mentoring junior associates and supporting staff, as well as contributing to the growth of the practice through cross-marketing and new business initiatives. Candidates must hold a JD, have at least three years of relevant legal experience, and be admitted to practice law in Texas. Expertise in drafting and negotiating financing documentation, performing lender-side due diligence, and advising on lender and structured finance transactions is essential.
