Description

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a qualified Energy/Infrastructure Transactional Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Energy, Transportation & Infrastructure practice. The role involves representing sponsors, developers, investors, financial institutions, and other market participants in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in project finance and tax equity transactions in the U.S. renewables and power sector and/or energy project development experience, including negotiation of material project agreements (e.g., PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.). Candidates need to be team players with strong interpersonal skills who can manage complex transactions, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable with client interaction. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York and prior law firm experience is required.
