Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a transactional tax associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their Energy Project Development and Finance group. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group, with flexibility in office location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of transactional experience, preferably in renewable energy and energy transition sectors, and should be familiar with representing sponsors, lenders, or investors in renewable energy or power projects, tax-equity, and other financings. While an LL.M degree in taxation is preferred, it is not mandatory. Admission to one or more state bars is required.
