Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their commodities practice in Houston. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in finance and secured transactions, particularly within the energy sector. The role requires familiarity with secured transactions involving security interests in personal property as collateral, including security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and joinder agreements. While knowledge of commodity purchase and sale transactions, natural gas and electricity markets, and derivatives is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
