Description
Our client is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join their Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in the energy industry, particularly with renewable energy projects, and should possess strong skills in project development, M&A, or finance work. The role involves representing clients in the development, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects, requiring expertise in drafting and negotiating project development and operation contracts, as well as ancillary financing documents. Candidates should have excellent communication, writing, research, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients and third-party advisors. A background in a large law firm with a national reputation or a comparable in-house counsel role, along with strong academic credentials, is required.
