Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a full-time transactional Associate with 4+ years of experience in project development and finance. This role is based in Orange County and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. The ideal candidate should have experience in energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders, with a focus on renewable power and energy transition. Additional experience in energy regulatory matters, project real property, permitting requirements, offtake agreements, interconnection agreements, and other commercial project contracts is required. The candidate should be team-oriented, capable of taking on significant responsibility, and willing to work in a fast-paced, busy practice. Admission to one or more state bars is required.
