Description
Our client is seeking junior associates to join their leading Renewable Energy Project Finance group, focusing on wind, solar, and storage projects. This role offers the chance to engage in complex transactions, including construction financing and term loan finance. Candidates with general corporate experience will be responsible for drafting exhibits and financial documents, and will gain exposure to project documents and diligence related to construction and operation. The team represents major lenders in renewable energy financings across the U.S. and has been recognized for its outstanding transactions and market leadership.
