This role offers the opportunity to work on significant renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and storage, focusing on complex transactions such as construction financing and term loan finance. Candidates with general corporate experience are encouraged to apply, as responsibilities include drafting exhibits and financial documents, and engaging with project documents and diligence related to construction and operation. The team represents major lenders in the renewable energy sector across the U.S. and has been recognized for its outstanding transactions and market leadership.
