Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking two senior-level project finance attorneys to join their Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team. The ideal candidates should have over five years of experience in project finance, specifically within the renewable energy sector. One role focuses on debt work, requiring expertise in construction debt, term debt, and equipment supply loans, along with experience in drafting and negotiating related financial documents. The other role emphasizes tax equity and M&A work, involving tax equity partnerships, cash equity investments, and joint ventures. Candidates will have the opportunity to represent major energy industry players, including utilities and independent power producers, in significant transactions related to the development, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects.
