Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with three to six years of energy regulatory experience to join their Energy Regulatory group within the Global Projects Department. The role involves counseling and administrative litigation covering market-based rate, market design, generation interconnection, and transmission issues. It also includes compliance and enforcement matters before FERC, the CFTC, and various exchanges, including investigations, audits, and regulatory compliance work. Transactional support for energy M&A and financing transactions is also part of the job. Experience with these types of matters is a plus.
