Description

Our client is seeking a candidate with 3-4 years of transactional or litigation experience in the energy or utility sector, specifically from the classes of 2020-2021. The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative litigation and counseling clients before federal agencies, including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or state agencies. Responsibilities include prosecuting administrative litigation and regulatory approvals, defending audit and enforcement actions for natural gas and liquid pipeline clients, electric transmission providers, and energy market participants, negotiating agreements for the use of oil and gas infrastructure, and providing regulatory compliance counseling and support for mergers and acquisitions.
