Description

Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking an Energy Regulatory & Commercial Litigation Associate for their offices in Madison or Milwaukee. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, preferably with advocacy before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state utility commissions, or in power transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and power sales. The role involves working with the Energy & Natural Resources business unit to assist clients in building renewable energy infrastructure nationwide. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, a commitment to the community, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively while demonstrating exceptional judgment. An active Wisconsin bar license is required, or candidates should commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
