Our client is seeking an associate to join their Energy, Telecommunications, and Utilities (ETU) practice within the Environmental Energy & Natural Resources group in Denver. The role involves guiding clients through federal and state regulatory and administrative proceedings related to public utilities, focusing on the rates and regulation of electric and gas utilities, pipelines, and nonutility electric generators. Candidates should have relevant experience or interest in public utility regulatory matters, a strong academic record, excellent writing and communication skills, and a commitment to providing practical, business-oriented advice. A background in business or engineering is preferred, and clerkship experience is advantageous. The position requires thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, and team-oriented environment.
