Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking highly qualified attorneys with 5-6 years of experience in Energy & Infrastructure transactions. The positions are available in their offices located in Houston, New York, or Washington D.C. The firm's energy attorneys are involved in significant projects in the US and international energy markets, representing a diverse clientele including sponsors, developers, and investors. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions. Experience in project and energy financing or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions is preferred, with additional consideration given to those with tax equity and/or IRA credit experience. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Bar in New York, District of Columbia, or Texas, active and in good standing.
