Description

Our client seeks a midlevel energy and infrastructure associate to join their energy transition projects team in Washington, DC. The role involves drafting and negotiating a variety of infrastructure contracts, including offtake, supply, procurement, operating, and construction agreements within the energy transition sector (CCUS, hydrogen, renewable fuels, etc.). Candidates with experience in these areas or related legal fields and a demonstrated interest in energy and infrastructure are encouraged to apply. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience are required, with preferred class years 2019-2022. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
