Description
Our client seeks a midlevel energy and infrastructure associate to join their energy transition projects team in New York. The role involves drafting and negotiating a variety of infrastructure contracts, including offtake, supply, procurement, operating, and construction agreements within the energy transition sector (CCUS, hydrogen, renewable fuels, etc.). Candidates with relevant experience in these areas or a related legal field and a demonstrated interest in energy and infrastructure are encouraged to apply. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience are required, with preferred class years 2019-2022. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
