Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation practice in Richmond. This role involves working within four key practice groups: Crisis Management & Incident Response, Environmental Enforcement & Regulatory Counseling, Environmental Litigation, and Product Liability & Mass Tort. The successful candidate will assist clients with emergency response, regulatory compliance, high-exposure litigation, and defense against various legal actions. This position requires a strong background in environmental law and mass torts, with the ability to handle complex legal challenges and collaborate with a team of experienced partners.
