Description
Our client, a leading law firm with over 60 attorneys specializing in Environmental & Mass Tort, is seeking a candidate with one to three years of experience to join their team. The firm is divided into four key practice groups: Crisis Management & Incident Response, Environmental Enforcement & Regulatory Counseling, Environmental Litigation, and Product Liability & Mass Tort. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience handling matters arising under major federal and state environmental regulatory programs, with specific experience with the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act being a plus. The candidate will also be expected to support the firm's national environmental practice.
