Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Nashville, TN, is seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, with at least three years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Tennessee Bar is required. The firm represents a diverse client base, including multi-national corporations, family-owned companies, governmental agencies, and insurance carriers, in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials. Experience in Superfund multi-site litigation and Federal Multi-District Litigation is a plus. Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law are encouraged to apply.
