Our client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience to join their Environmental group for a multi-party complex litigation project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional litigation writing skills, with environmental experience, particularly in CERCLA, being advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities include managing discovery processes, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, contributing to litigation strategy, and collaborating closely with senior partners and the litigation team.
