Our client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience to join their Environmental group for work on multi-party complex litigation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional litigation writing skills, with environmental experience, particularly in CERCLA, being advantageous but not required. Responsibilities include propounding and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, contributing to overall litigation strategy, and collaborating closely with senior partners and the litigation team. Candidates from any office location will be considered, and remote work is an option depending on jurisdiction.
