Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Counsel for their Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation Department based in Atlanta. The department is divided into four key practice groups: Crisis Management & Incident Response, Environmental Enforcement & Regulatory Counseling, Environmental Litigation, and Product Liability & Mass Tort. The role involves handling multifront incident responses, regulatory programs, high-exposure environmental and toxic tort actions, and high exposure matters involving allegations of systemic product defect, public nuisance, product mislabeling, negligence, and strict liability. The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of experience in handling matters arising within these areas.
