Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Energy & Natural Resources practice group, specifically within the Environmental, Health, and Safety practice. The role is based in Houston and will focus on compliance counseling and incident response advocacy. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of related experience, preferably with exposure to EPA, TCEQ, and/or OSHA. Experience with the Department of Transportation, the Chemical Safety Board, and other state, local, or federal agencies is also beneficial. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be licensed to practice in Texas. Excellent oral and writing skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential.
