Description
Our client, a nationally recognized Environmental team, is seeking a mid-level Environmental Associate to join their Houston office. This team has a strong track record in representing states, port authorities, and other government entities in complex contamination and natural resource damages cases. The successful candidate will be licensed in Texas and have 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with environmental litigation experience being a plus. Key responsibilities include litigating in both state and federal court, managing all aspects of discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting fact and expert discovery. The role requires top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations and writing skills, and the ability to manage and work well on a team.
