Description
Our client is seeking an Environmental Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join their team, with the flexibility to be based out of any of their offices. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of state and federal environmental laws, including compliance, regulations, transactions, enforcement, and litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze federal and state environmental statutory and regulatory requirements. Experience managing client representation for sites requiring remedial action under laws such as CERCLA is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials, and must be admitted to practice law in the state where they will reside.
