Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources practice group in Reno, focusing on the mining industry. The role involves assisting clients with environmental issues, permitting, and defending project approvals and operations. Ideal candidates will have a background in environmental and regulatory law, support litigation matters, and possess strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Practical law school experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are highly desired. The firm values teamwork, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
